Role: Product Consultant-PreSales
As a Product Consultant-PreSales, You will work closely with the business team to understand prospect/client needs, demonstrate the value of our solutions, and guide prospects through the technical aspects of the sales cycle. Your ability to communicate complex product features in a clear and compelling way will be key to the organization. Importantly, you will need to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the domain and market trends.
Requirement: 6-8 years of experience in a presales, solutions consulting, or product specialist role—preferably in an Enterprise Grade Software Products firm. This is a Fulltime, WFO role with travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business teams to understand prospect requirements and design required responses like collaterals, presentations, technical documents, product demonstrations.
- Tailor and Deliver product presentations, solution walkthroughs, and technical deep dives for prospects and partners.
- Understand client/prospect business challenges, requirements and articulate how our product addresses Build and present custom demos, proof of concepts (PoCs), technical responses and proposals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare Techno-Functional collaterals related to product, domain or as response to prospect/client requests.
- Based on client interactions, Provide feedback to product and other
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires in collaboration with relevant
- Post-demo follow-ups, clarify technical queries and reinforcing solution
- Stay up-to-date on product capabilities, digital identity, PKI and Trust services domain, market trends, and competition
- Track global industry trends, standards, and regulatory developments to shape solution positioning and product recommendations.
Requirements:
- Having a technical degree like BTech will be an added advantage
- 6-8 years of experience in a presales, solutions consulting, or product specialist role—preferably in an Enterprise Grade Software Products firm.
- Direct customer facing experience, Excellent Story Telling skills: presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex customer requirements, technical concepts into business
