You will be part of our Human Resources function with a main focus on people and people related areas such as recruiting, learning, training, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, organization development and culture.

  • Handling the complete Employee Life Cycle Management.
  • Foster a positive work environment and handle employee relations.
  • Handling entire functions: Recruitments-Onboarding-Exits, Payroll, Performance Appraisals, Learning & Development, Leave and Attendance management etc
  • Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to the employees.
  • Maintain and update internal systems and processes related to HR
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Ability to think about Process improvement and automation of activities for better efficiency
  • Work closely with leadership team to align HR strategy and policies inline with organisation objectives

Experience

3-5 yrs Hands-on experience in software firm

Qualification:

MBA/Masters in HR with Strong Communication and People Management Skills.
