Role Summary (This is a fulltime WFO role)

We are hiring a Product Manager to lead the end-to-end process of product rollout management. This role acts as the technical and functional coordinator, ensuring all development activities align with product requirements, architecture, and quality standards.

Required Experience Level

10–15 years’ experience in software development (with at least 5 years of real product management experience) with strong exposure to product architecture and coordinating with different teams involved in product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collate product requirements (and roadmap) from various sources
• Defining and prioritizing product roadmap in line with organisational objectives, through collaboration.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical direction for architects & leads.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation while maintaining quality-first delivery and adherence to timelines.
• Ensure product releases, including the required documentation
• Manage product certification processes, Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for audits, documentation, and compliance deliverables.
• Handle (through collaboration) product training for customers and partners

Skills & Experience

• Product Architectural patterns, and large deployment architectures for high performance and high availability.
• Effective Leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to convert business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication (oral and written), and cross-team alignment

Qualifications

• BTech or similar degree in Computer Science or allied streams. Technical or related certifications will be added advantage
