Role Summary
We are hiring a delivery-focused, hands-on Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end onsite deployment of our MyTRUST platform. This is a hands-on customer facing role requiring practical experience in:
- Large enterprise-grade software product implementations
- Managing programme governance and Multi Stakeholder Engagement
- End-to-End Deployment: Requirement gathering to Go-Live
- Integrations across multiple ecosystems
Requirement: 8-12 yrs. This is a Fulltime, WFO role with Travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of the MyTRUST deployment for a country.
- Create and manage detailed programme plans, schedules, and delivery milestones.
- Analyze the requirements & map the same into our product/platform
- Configure/customize the product/platform to suit the requirements
- Handle customer-specific integrations in line with product/platform specifications
- Deliver/Implement the customized product/platform
- Drive risk management, dependency tracking, and issue resolution.
- Drive governance through steering committees, reviews, and status updates.
- User Acceptance Test (UAT) Sign off and Project Closure Enabling customers to GO LIVE
- Post-LIVE technical support in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Managing programme governance and Multi Stakeholder Engagement (External and Internal)
Qualifications & Experience
- Must-Have 8–12 years hands-on experience in large enterprise grade product implementation in a multi stakeholder environment
- Experience working on public sector, e-governance, or national ICT platforms is a strong plus.
General Experience & Qualification
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programmes.
- Experience coordinating with government agencies, regulators, or public institutions.
- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA is mandatory. Having an MBA will be an advantage.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM preferred.
